Ladies & Gents. Your November Must Haves

Happy november everyone! Can you believe Thanksgiving is only 2 1/2 weeks away? I have so much to be grateful for this year thats for sure! I'll save my sappy grateful post for another time.

I am BEYOND excited to share my Must Have's for the month of November. I love each of these things and I am incorporating at least one of them into every outfit post this month! They are literally my most favorite things so it's not too hard to do.

For the Ladies:

1. Everyone needs a hat they just die for, especially on those bad hair days. This felt floppy style is one of my favorite looks. Its incredibly versatile, and I mean, black goes with everything.
2. Fur. oh.my.fur.  Fur vests (yes multiple), fur hat (like the russian style), scarves, jackets,
boots with the fur... anyone? anyone?
3. Leather Leggings. Leggings are a fall staple in any woman's wardrobe but the leather look classes anything up and makes you look that much more put together.
I wear these bad boys probably 3-4 days a week. No shame in leggings for days.
4. Your "go to" boot. There are so many fun styled boots out right now and I am loving it. This style is similar to MY "go to" pair. I seriously feel like I could take over the world when I am wearing these bad boys.

For the Gents:
1. Every man needs a slouchy beanie. Go get one. $5-10 H&M
2. I've said it once I'll say it again. You need a flannel.
3. Well fitted jeans are a must have. You don't have to wear skinny jeans,
just make sure they fit well and are comfortable.
4. Find your Fall shoes. Boots, high tops, sneakers whatever it is you like. Just rock them.

On to the outfit post. I had the great opportunity to work with photographer Randi Rose up at Thanksgiving Point. Here are some shots from the day.

Hat: Target
Sunnies: Target
Top: Papaya
Scarf: Cotton On
Sweater: Papaya

How amazing is Randi's work? She has such an amazing eye for this stuff. She and her awesome assistant Kyle made me feel so care free in front of the camera & I am so excited to work with them again!

I hope everyone has had a great day & continues to have a great week! Watch for new exciting changes  and new faces here on the blog! Can't wait to share them with you all!

  1. Ok, so I have kind of a legging addiction lately & I've been eyeing the leather ones but I have questions. Are they stretchy, are they comfy, do they make you sweat? You have to remember I live in the land that never gets cold). Lemme know what you think ;)

  2. Cory! I bought my first pair of leather leggings while I was still living in San Diego. The ARE stretchy :) Heat wise? I tend to wear a pair of regular leggings under my leather pair to not feel so exposed and to hide my "thigh dimples" ;) (I wear 2 pair of leggings at a time ALL the time). So they can be a little warm, similar to wearing jeans. They can be super comfy. I have a pair that sag and drive me absolutely crazy, but both pair that I bought at cotton on have been perfection. Hope that helps! xoxo
